Privacy policy
Effective September 22, 2026.
Axial Motion (“we”, “us”) operates axialmotion.com and Olyve. Payments for Olyve usage are received by Axial Motion. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle payment information.
Product apps have their own notices, which control for that product: Olyve privacy.
This website
axialmotion.com is a static site. We do not run accounts, analytics pixels, or advertising on these pages. Your browser sends a normal request (IP address, user agent) to our host, Google Cloud Run, so the page can be delivered. Server logs may be kept briefly for security.
If you email us, we receive whatever you send (name, email address, message) and use it to reply and to handle billing or support.
When you pay us
Web and in-product card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects the card number, expiration date, security code, and billing details needed to charge you. Axial Motion does not store full card numbers on our servers. We may receive a token, the last four digits, the card brand, the amount, and a receipt email so we can recognize the payment, issue a refund, and keep accounting records.
This site and our checkout pages use HTTPS. Payment information is handled under Stripe’s PCI DSS compliance. We do not sell payment data.
If you pay through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google is the merchant of record for that charge. Their privacy policies apply to the card data they collect.
Product accounts
If you create an account in Olyve, Linkflow, or Today, that product stores the account and business records described in its own privacy policy. We use that information to provide the product, send transactional email, keep the service secure, and comply with law.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Stripe. Payment processing.
- Google Cloud. Hosting and, for some products, application data.
- Apple or Google. When you buy through their stores.
- Legal. If we are required by law, or to protect Axial Motion, users, or the public.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention
We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support email is kept as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted in ordinary cleanup. Product account deletion is described on each product site — for Olyve, see getolyve.com/delete-account.
Your choices
Email support@axialmotion.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. If you are in a region with additional rights (for example GDPR or CCPA), we will honor those requests through the same address.
Children
Our products are for adults and businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International processing
We may process data in the United States and wherever our operators work. If you use a Service from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred there.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date.
